They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, West to drive field execution and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers, focusing on coaching and performance improvement to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive consistent execution of commercial priorities across the region to support business objectives and profitable growth
- Translate business strategy into clear goals, priorities, and actions for Territory Sales Managers
- Spend time in the field with the sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and development support through regular customer visits and ride-alongs
- Strengthen pipeline management practices and help the team improve sales execution throughout the customer journey
- Coach and support high-value sales opportunities to increase win rates and overall sales effectiveness
- Promote pricing discipline and commercial excellence while balancing customer value and business performance
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, development, and high performance
- Lead performance, pipeline, and territory reviews to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support continuous improvement
Skills
- 5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment
- Proven experience leading B2B sales organizations, with a strong track record of improving sales performance, execution, and business results
- Effective coach who develops talent, supports growth, and helps teams achieve their full potential
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach to leadership while maintaining a strategic perspective on business priorities and market developments
- Build accountability, foster high performance, and create an environment where teams can succeed together
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, enabling collaboration effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities, using insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Adapt well to changing business environments and are comfortable leading through transformation and growth
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and proficient in English
