Skills
• Must be a resident / citizen of the United States or Canada
• Mid-Senior level management experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
• 7+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment leadership
• Successful, credible, and well-regarded
• Enjoys working with people, not processes for the sake of it
• Curious, growth-oriented, and open to new models of work
• Values autonomy, flexibility, and purpose
• Comfortable stepping outside a traditional corporate structure
