We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Senior Technical Account Manager to lead high-impact partnerships and deliver exceptional value through advanced technical and commercial expertise.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth across enterprise-level accounts, aligning with Inolex’s long-term objectives
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision makers and influencers at top tier accounts
- Identify white space opportunities and lead consultative discussions to position Inolex as a trusted innovation partner
- Develop clear opportunity pipelines that balance short-term wins with long-term growth
- Act as a consultant, providing insights into market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation roadmaps
- Guide and coach internal teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing) on strategies to win major opportunities
- Lead strategic account planning meetings and precall planning sessions internally and externally
- Represent Inolex at industry events, tradeshows, and technical seminars as a thought leader
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, budgets, and reporting for strategic accounts
- Mentor junior account managers and contribute to talent development within the commercial team
- Support special projects and additional business needs as required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to interpret technical documents and regulatory guidelines
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 10 years of strategic account management experience with at least 15 years in the Personal Care industry
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts
- Deep knowledge of personal care ingredients, formulation, and global market dynamics
- Active in relevant industry associations
- Ability to work remotely from home office and execute travel to customer and on-site company meetings
- Approximately 25% overnight travel
- Prior formulation experience or ability to troubleshoot is a strong plus
