- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the healthcare and AI sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance candidate experience
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to establish a robust talent network
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success in those positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with AI technologies or healthcare-related platforms
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
