They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator Intern to assist in developing and executing social media strategies, manage content, and support campaigns to help brands grow through meaningful storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, & TikTok
- Manage and maintain content calendars done within notion to ensure consistent posting and brand storytelling
- Create engaging captions, written content, and social media concepts that align with 888 Creative’s brand voice
- Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining platform consistency
- Collaborate with the creative team on content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts
- Research social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content strategies to identify opportunities for growth
- Track social media analytics and help provide insights on performance, engagement, and audience growth
- Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions
Skills
- Experience with social media management for personal, academic, freelance, or professional accounts
- Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
- Currently studying marketing, communications, social media, digital media, or a related field, or recently graduated with relevant experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging social media copy
- Understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and digital brand growth
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into creative content ideas
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content schedules and deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an in-house creative environment
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a bonus
- A portfolio or examples of social media work, campaigns, content creation, writing, or account management is encouraged
