As a Solutions Delivery Analyst, you will help teams turn data into decisions and translate complex business questions into clear insights that drive action across client operations and patient enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Manage data intake, ingestion and processing from clients
- Analyze complex patient population health datasets
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through detail orientation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions
- Manage patient enrollment outreaches based on eligibility
- Present findings to internal teams
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to generate actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA security and privacy rules
Skills
- 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong spreadsheet skills (vlookups, pivot tables, macros); no SQL required
- Strong ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Handle PHI with care and follow HIPAA-minded best practices
- Healthcare sector experience
