Remote Sr. Application Support Administrator requires:
• COVID vaccine mandate
• Strong skills in Scripting with PowerShell
• Experience in integration using REST API Knowledge and capability of working with SQL queries and data
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or commensurate experience in a professional environment, required.
• 5 years - Experience in Information Technology required
• 1 year - Knowledge of computer systems operations for Windows/AIX/Linux environments.
• Expert knowledge of application support technologies and related documentation required. o Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proven decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, problem/solution/business value descriptions that can be understood by a broad audience.
Remote Sr. Application Support Administrator duties:
• Provides top level support for any problem resolution and troubleshooting activities related to the scope of work for this position.
• Provides direction and design for the setup, configuration, integration and implementation of major production applications into the production environment.
