The Senior Director, Enterprise Financial Systems is responsible for leading the implementation and operational excellence of the Oracle Cloud Financials platform, ensuring the financial systems architecture is reliable and scalable while partnering with key finance executives.

Skills
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director or Senior Director capacity managing enterprise financial applications
- Demonstrated experience leading at least two full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP), with accountability for scope, integration, and go-live
- Deep functional understanding of core Finance workflows: accounting-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Demonstrated experience managing Systems Integrator relationships and enterprise software vendor contracts
- Experience working in a regulated industry environment with exposure to SOX, HIPAA, or equivalent financial/data compliance requirements
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale healthcare, insurance, or financial services organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules through formal implementation experience
- Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and their application to enterprise application support environments
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, EPM)
- Enterprise Integration Architecture (Oracle OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, MuleSoft/Boomi)
- Financial Compliance and Internal Controls (SOX, SoD, CMS, HIPAA)
- Cloud Data Architecture and Analytics (Azure Data Lake, Oracle BICC, FRS, Smart View, OTBI)
- Vendor and Contract Management (SI relationships, SOW governance, commercial negotiation)
- IT Service Management / ITIL Frameworks
- Executive Communication and Stakeholder Influence
- Prior experience in a Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health insurance organization
- Exposure to Workday (HR) and the technical integration points between Oracle ERP and HCM platforms
- Experience managing Oracle quarterly cloud update cycles and release lifecycle governance
- Master's degree (MBA or MS in Information Systems) strongly preferred
- Graduate-level coursework in healthcare administration, finance, or technology management is a plus
- Oracle Cloud Platform Application certification, Oracle Fusion certification, or Oracle Integration Cloud certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program management credential
- Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close certification or Oracle Enterprise Data Management certification
