ERP Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Sr. Oracle OPM Techno-Functional Analyst who will bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous support of core OPM modules.
Responsibilities
- Implement & Support: Core Oracle OPM modules (Product Development, Process Execution, Quality Management, and Process Costing)
- Process Mapping: Translate complex manufacturing requirements (recipes, batch scaling, lot traceability) into Oracle solutions
- Integrate: Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows
- Deliver: Create functional documentation, test scripts, and provide user training
Skills
- 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle EBS (R12) or Oracle OPM
- At least [1 or 2] full-lifecycle OPM implementations
- Strong understanding of process manufacturing (e.g., yield calculation, shelf-life, catch weight)
- Excellent communication
- Strong problem-solving
- Basic SQL knowledge (a plus)
- Good understanding of the Oracle application data schema
