They are seeking a Staff Consultant to assist in designing, building, configuring, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Health EHR solutions across various Federal agencies, focusing on improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
- Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
- Mitigate solution risks and issues
- Execute workflow and process improvement strategies
- Lead client meetings and events
- Drive internal team initiatives
Skills
- At least 0-2+ years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- At least 0-2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- 0-2+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Inpatient Nursing & Ancillary product(s)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects
- U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
