Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SRM Digital LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Consultant with strong domain expertise in various Supply Chain functional areas. The role involves engaging with executive stakeholders, leading consulting engagements, and defining transformation strategies to enhance Supply Chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Engage with executive stakeholders (CXO/C-Level) to understand business objectives, present consulting offerings, and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead Supply Chain consulting engagements independently, ensuring successful delivery while managing client stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
- Define Supply Chain transformation strategies, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Conduct business process assessments, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process harmonization across Supply Chain functions
- Recommend and design technology-enabled Supply Chain solutions leveraging industry-leading COTS platforms and ERP systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and convert consulting engagements into qualified transformation initiatives
- Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives by contributing to solution development, thought leadership, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities
- Develop reusable consulting assets, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support large-scale digital transformation programs across global Supply Chain organizations
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) based on client engagement requirements
Skills
- Strong domain expertise in one or more Supply Chain functional areas, including Supply Planning, Procurement, Distribution (Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics), and Order Management, preferably gained within the consulting practices of leading organizations such as Cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, or similar firms
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, with exposure to one or more sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, or Process Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect and/or Functional Consultant for one or more leading COTS Supply Chain solutions, such as Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua
- Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain modules within leading ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end COTS solution implementations, with responsibilities spanning solution design, business process mapping, configuration support, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) based on client engagement requirements
- APICS certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, or equivalent Supply Chain certifications are highly preferred
