Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Systems and Network Operations Specialist to provide operational support for cloud infrastructure and troubleshoot various IT issues. The role involves managing escalated Tier 2/Tier 3 issues, handling incoming tickets, and assisting with infrastructure-related projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational support resource
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure
- Handle escalated Tier 2/Tier 3 issues
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve technical problems
- Review and manage incoming tickets
- Determine whether tickets belong to the infrastructure team or should be routed elsewhere
- Diagnose and resolve: Microsoft 365 issues, Azure administration issues, Outlook and Office-related problems, DNS-related issues, User access and administration issues, General IT infrastructure problems
- While heavily operational, the role will also assist with infrastructure-related projects as needed
- Primary focus remains operations support rather than project delivery
Skills
- Approximately 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong Azure administration experience
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Strong general infrastructure background
- Comfortable handling escalations
- Ability to independently investigate and resolve issues
- Confident communication skills
