The Territory Sales Manager will drive growth by selling IoT-enabled water management solutions and building customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by selling IoT-enabled water management solutions, including hardware and SaaS offerings
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion
- Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities with commercial real estate owners, operators, developers, property managers, and engineering firms
- Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business challenges and align Nexa solutions to customer needs
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that clearly communicate business value and ROI
- Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including channel partners, consultants, contractors, and existing customers
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Project Management, and Sales leadership to support solution design, project scoping, and successful customer deployments
- Manage and maintain accurate pipeline, customer activity, and forecasting data within CRM systems
- Support a best-in-class customer experience from initial engagement through deployment and post-sale handoff
- Contribute ideas, insights, and feedback to support the growth of Watts Digital Solutions
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by [insert title of manager’s position] or Company management
- Responsibility directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency)
- Travel Requirements: Minimum of 50% Travel within assigned territory
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into commercial real estate (office, multifamily, hospitality, or related industries)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in person
- Proven ability to generate opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and drive deals forward
- Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, from facility teams to executive leadership
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including [insert checks], and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
- Experience with SaaS, IoT, PropTech, building technology, or mechanical systems
- Knowledge of commercial real estate ownership structures and property management organizations
- Spanish and English language proficiency
