[Remote] Valuation Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Class Valuation is a leading tech-enabled appraisal management company seeking a Valuation Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting the development and management of non-traditional appraisal and property valuation products while ensuring compliance and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of alternative valuation products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (USPAP) and client-specific requirements
• Collaboration: Work closely with the QC team to provide feedback on product performance and improvements
• Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and documentation to educate teams on alternative products and technologies
• Innovation Support: Participate in developing and supporting new valuation initiatives and technologies
• Compliance: Ensure all alternative products meet company, client, and regulatory standards
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and appraisers to enhance product offerings and resolve operational challenges
• Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from field providers and clients to drive continuous improvement
• Technology Adaptation: Assist in deploying new technologies related to alternative products, ensuring effective implementation and user adoption
• Regular attendance is a requirement

Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in appraisal, valuation, or real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SaaS and appraisal management platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Creative and proactive in addressing product and operational challenges
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities
• Experience with alternative products preferred
