RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Wealth Management KYC Product Owner to support high impact projects across the KYC regulatory program and Unified Digital Platform. The role involves creating requirements, driving reviews, and coordinating between product and design teams to ensure successful execution of KYC and UDP initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Creating requirements in Jira and refining/grooming them with the squad
- Driving all requirement reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Fraud teams, including defined scope and copy
- Facilitating and driving coordination between product and User Experience design team to ensure that the requirements have designs finalized in advance of refinement sessions
- Dependency requirement onboarding and coordination with partnering business teams including both E*TRADE and Brokerage customer database teams to execute UDP (Unified Digital Platform) and KYC (Know Your Customer) projects

- Experience with creating requirements in Jira
- Ability to drive requirement reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Fraud teams
- Experience facilitating coordination between product and User Experience design teams
- Experience with dependency requirement onboarding and coordination with business teams
- Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) regulatory program
- Knowledge of Unified Digital Platform (UDP) strategic program
- Experience in profile and account data maintenance
- Experience in client playbacks
- Ability to unify platforms across self-directed and advised clients
