Job description: Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to explore their passions and create their success A fast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves more than 4,100 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).

Position Summary: The candidate hired for this position will provide assistance to students with special needs and support to teachers in the implementation of daily lesson plans and activities.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 3:15 pm (Full-Time or Part-Time Available) Flexible schedule - minimum of 2 days per week

Salary: This is a Grade 9 position with a starting hourly rate of $17.30 - $19.23 based on experience. An excellent benefits package is available to full-time and part-time employees pursuant to the Educational Support Professionals' Collective Bargaining Agreement.
