Our client is seeking a charismatic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at their vibrant fashion and apparel store located in Orlando, Florida, US . This hybrid role requires a balance of in-store leadership and strategic planning. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to motivate staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues and building customer loyalty. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report on key metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage store budget and control expenses effectively. Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in fashion or apparel. Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to motivate and develop a sales team. Experience with inventory management systems and POS software. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. A passion for fashion and a strong sense of style. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
