Position Overview- Fully Remote TEXAS BASED Our Client is seeking motivated Retirement Income Advisor with 2–5 years of experience to join a growing, annuity-focused platform supported by a leading Isurance Marketing Organization (IMO). This role is designed for producers who want to scale their business with institutional-level support, exclusive carrier relationships, and in-house lead generation. You will work with pre-retirees and retirees to deliver customized retirement income strategies, primarily using annuities, while leveraging a steady flow of qualified prospects and advanced case design support. Platform Advantages • Exclusive carrier relationships with top annuity providers • Backing of a nationally recognized IMO with proven systems and scale • In-house lead generation • Dedicated case design and underwriting support • Streamlined back-office processing and application support • Ability to focus on client acquisition and closing, not operations Key Responsibilities • Conduct retirement planning consultations with pre-retirees and retirees • Develop and present income-focused strategies using: • Fixed annuities • Fixed indexed annuities (FIAs) • Guaranteed lifetime income riders • Convert company-provided leads into placed business • Manage the full client lifecycle from initial meeting through policy delivery • Collaborate with internal case design teams on complex scenarios • Maintain compliance with all insurance and suitability standards • Build long-term client relationships with ongoing service and reviews Qualifications • Active Life & Health Insurance License (required) • 2–5 years of experience in insurance, annuities, or retirement planning • Demonstrated ability to present financial solutions and close business • Strong communication and consultative sales skills • AUM or advisory experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable working with provided leads and a structured sales process • Team-oriented but capable of operating independently • Series 65 license preferred but not required Compensation & Growth • Base Salary+ Full Benefits • Competitive commission structure with performance-based bonuses • Opportunity to significantly increase production through lead leverage • Long-term growth path including senior advisor or leadership roles • Potential to expand into broader retirement planning solutions over time Who This Role Is Best For • Advisors looking to scale beyond self-generated business • Producers who want better carrier access and product positioning • Agents seeking a more predictable pipeline through firm-generated leads • Individuals who value support, structure, and growth without giving up income potential Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
