You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING RATE: $19.00/hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Support the daily Revenue Control departmental functions, handle event order closing processes, ensure all revenue is accounted for accurately, and validate appropriate service fee and gratuities distribution related functions.Support the revenue entry and closing event orders in sales/catering system and event checks in Infogenesis (POS system).Support the processing of service fees and gratuities in the service fee and gratuities distribution system.Assist with various external departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue and distribution of service fees and gratuities.Monitor, investigate, resolve and document over/short event order and service fee and gratuity variances.Review/audit event order paperwork; distribution of service fee and gratuity reports; notify management of anomalies and prevalent issues. ​THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:High school diploma or GED1+ year prior experience in Hotel and/or Catering and Banquet, or related experience.Previous cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parking on and off shiftHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the communityVIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
