Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
- Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence
- Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail and customer service experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math, reading, and communication skills
