About the Role
As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our operations through audits and process improvement activities. This will involve auditing operations teams' and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. You will also be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes, and interacting with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
- Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes
- Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, analytics)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
