As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to: * Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, helping our customers reach their destinations with ease * Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and accuracy * Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect our customers * Be a resourceful and creative problem-solver, using your initiative and good judgment to resolve issues efficiently

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training * Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills * Knowledge of Native SABRE * The ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution * A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability * Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Familiarity with airline operations and policies
