Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience that sets us apart from the competition
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
- Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records
- Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
- Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
- Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
- Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
