As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer property returns for paid repair or warranty, working closely with repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless delivery of services. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or related field. Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments will be considered.
