Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will field customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
- Working with Confidential Customer Information: You will work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers.
- Resolving Issues and Escalating Interactions: You will aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking Call-Related Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
- Providing Feedback on Call Issues: You will provide feedback on call issues, helping our team to improve and refine our processes.
Qualifications

- Ability to Work Remotely: You will need to be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a clean and quiet workspace.
- Customer Service Experience: You will need at least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Age and Education: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: You will need to be comfortable with desktop computer systems, have proven oral and written communication skills, and be able to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to have logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Organization and Prioritization Skills: You will need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Connection: You will need a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
