Our Customer Service Specialist role is a key member of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the chance to: * Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, helping us to connect people and communities around the world * Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with ease * Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights * Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need: * **Minimum Qualifications:** + A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
