As a member of our Government and Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex
* Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
* Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
* Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
* Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* **Skills, Licenses & Certifications:**
+ Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
+ Knowledge of Native SABRE
+ Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
+ Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
+ Satisfactory attendance required
