POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented Workplace Solution Architect to join our pre-sales and solutioning team. This role focuses on designing innovative Digital Workplace solutions that enhance employee experience and productivity for prospective and existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions tailored to client business needs and employee experience goals
Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution blueprints for modern workplace services
Collaborate with sales teams to translate complex client requirements into comprehensive workplace architectures
Create compelling proof-of-concepts demonstrating endpoint management, collaboration tools, and productivity solutions
Provide thought leadership on emerging Digital Workplace technologies and trends
Design endpoint lifecycle management strategies and device refresh programs
Develop Digital Employee Experience (DEX) measurement frameworks and improvement roadmaps
Architect Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions
Ensure proposed solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements
Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
15+ years of experience in Digital Workplace technologies and end-user computing
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
Strong knowledge of endpoint management solutions: Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, VMware Workspace ONE
Hands-on experience with VDI technologies: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon
Expertise in collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex
Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools: Nexthink, Lakeside, 1E
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment, imaging, and autopilot
Understanding of endpoint security solutions and Zero-Trust principles
Excellent client-facing and consultative selling skills
Strong presentation and communication abilities
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure) highly preferred
Citrix/VMware certifications a plus
