About the Role
We are hiring motivated, high-performing sales professionals to sell our SaaS solution to business decision-makers. Qualified leads are provided-your job is to sell. Training and customer support are handled by other team members.
This is not a "quick paycheck" role. Strong performers build momentum over time and earn significant income through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing.
Who You Are
This role is a fit if you are one of the following:
1. Recent or soon-to-be college graduate pursuing a high-income SaaS sales career
2. Account Manager / SDR / BDR / Sales Development professional ready to move into closing
3. Experienced top producer looking to leverage skills in a high-commission environment
You're someone who:
• Understands that follow-up is the sales process (consistent, structured, persistent)
• Can build trust quickly and professionally
• Has strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners
• Works independently and thrives without micromanagement
• Brings organization, discipline, and accountability
Bonus (not required): Experience selling into construction, trades, architecture, business management tools, or project controls.
Responsibilities
• Close deals and earn commissions with uncapped earning potential, including quarterly and year-end bonuses
• Prioritize prospects based on revenue potential, cost-to-sell, and probability of success
• Maintain strong follow-up habits and pipeline activity
• Continue improving product knowledge and selling skills through training and coaching
• Work remotely with a high level of personal commitment and professionalism
Qualifications
• Recent college graduate or experienced sales professional
• Proven cold-calling ability and strong follow-up discipline
• Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills
• Consultative, solution-based selling mindset
• Driven to build a long-term career, not just a job
• Integrity is non-negotiable-we operate with complete honesty
• Must live in and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
