The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate consultative selling skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust—not just sales metrics. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions from intake through offer. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and interview strategy. reputed company and engage passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Screen and interview candidates, evaluating both technical qualifications and critical soft skills.
