Job Description:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Understand our AI-based medical tests, their applications, and the value they bring to healthcare providers and patients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
• Work closely with our Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
• Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a CRM system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
• Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage
• 5-8 Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
