Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our remote sales team. This role is key to keeping the sales pipeline moving efficiently through accurate administration, CRM management, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales data, leads, and pipeline activity
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts for the sales team
Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fulfilment
Track and report on sales KPIs, targets, and pipeline performance
Handle inbound sales enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
Assist with scheduling client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls
Support the sales team with general administrative tasks and document management
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in sales administration or a sales support role
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Good communication skills — professional in writing and over the phone
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities remotely
Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management is advantageous
Matric certificate required; relevant diploma preferred
Salary: R20,000/month | 100% Remote
