About LevelUp Leads LevelUp Leads is a B2B Sales Development agency that helps companies generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting. We’re growing and looking for our third SDR Manager to join our leadership team. This role is primarily focused on coaching, developing, and motivating our SDRs to consistently perform at a high level while delivering exceptional results for our clients. What You’ll Do Your primary responsibility will be helping our SDR team succeed through coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for: • Coach and develop our SDR team of approximately 40+. You're not on your own, there are already 2 SDR Managers in place • Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on performance, skill development, and career growth • Deliver ongoing training on cold calling, objection handling, prospecting best practices, and client-specific messaging • Review call recordings and provide actionable feedback that improves performance • Identify performance trends and implement coaching plans to help SDRs improve • Foster a positive, motivating, and accountable team culture • Hold training sessions for the SDRs • Recognize and celebrate wins while helping underperformers get back on track • Work closely with our Customer Success Managers and other SDR Managers to ensure SDR performance aligns with client expectations What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience leading or managing SDR teams • Proven success coaching SDRs to consistently improve performance • Strong understanding of outbound sales and cold calling across a wide variety of industries • Experience managing performance using KPIs and sales metrics • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback while building trust with your team • Familiarity with outbound dialers such as Orum is a plus • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team • Available during U.S. Central or Eastern Time business hours • This is a 1099 contractor role
