YOUR NEXT ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Acclaro, you’ll be a critical driver of our growth engine. This is a high-impact, early-career role focused on prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities for our Business Development team.
You’ll be on the front lines of introducing Acclaro to prospective clients—learning how global brands think about localization, uncovering pain points, and sparking meaningful conversations. Working closely with Business Development Directors and cross-functional partners, you’ll help build a strong, healthy pipeline while developing the skills needed for a long-term career in B2B sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Research and identify prospective mid-market and enterprise accounts that align with Acclaro’s ideal customer profile
Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before handing off to Business Development Directors
Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoffs with clear context and notes
Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Learn Acclaro’s localization solutions, value propositions, and common client use cases
Consistently work toward individual activity and meeting-generation targets
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU
Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or lead-generation roles
Are energized by outbound prospecting and starting conversations with new people
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in writing and on calls
Are organized, coachable, and comfortable working toward defined goals and metrics
Enjoy learning—about industries, buyers, and how global businesses operate
Are comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Take pride in your follow-through, professionalism, and growth mindset
YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU
Have prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in B2B sales or SaaS environments
Have used CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Bring curiosity about localization, global markets, or multilingual technology
Speak more than one language or have experience working across cultures
Are motivated to grow into a closing sales role over time
