Job Description:
• Respond to inbound leads including website inquiries and demo requests
• Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and workflows
• Present product solutions clearly, including technical concepts
• Qualify prospects and identify strong sales opportunities
• Book and prepare meetings for senior team members
• Maintain an organized and accurate CRM pipeline
• Coordinate hand off of qualified opportunities
• Provide regular updates on pipeline and activity
• Contribute to improving outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or SDR roles
• Experience handling full-cycle sales beyond appointment setting
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience engaging with US-based clients or decision-makers
• Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
• Highly organized and proactive work style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
• Reliable internet connection with backup
