Spektra Systems is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to lead our CloudLabs SDR team. You will own the outbound motion end to end — playbook, coaching, targeting, and conversion — and be directly accountable for delivering a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop the SDR team day to day, with a focus on conversion quality and professional growth.
- Own and continuously improve the outbound playbook: ICP definition, sequencing, messaging, and cadence design.
- Own team-level meeting-booked and SQL conversion targets, and hold individual SDRs to clear, measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with Demand Generation on inbound lead handling and with Account Executives on meeting and opportunity quality.
- Maintain CRM and outbound tooling hygiene and deliver regular performance reporting.
- Build the onboarding and ramp programme for new SDR hires.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 4+ years in sales development, including experience as a senior SDR or team lead.
- A demonstrated ability to drive conversion improvement - not just volume.
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales platforms.
- A coaching mindset combined with strong process and operational discipline.
Nice to have:
- Experience in technical or cloud product sales, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
