We're looking for a killer closer who turns warm inbound into signed, happy clients — and automates everything that gets in the way.
The Role
You own the full closing motion on high-intent US inbound: discovery, pitch, negotiation, signature. You're not just hitting quota — you're building the sales machine as you close. Six months in, the closed pipeline speaks for itself and the playbook is documented well enough that the next hire plugs in on day one.

What You'll Own
Closing & Pipeline
• Run discovery and closing calls on qualified US inbound — diagnose, match, close.
• Manage multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end with disciplined follow-up; nothing rots in the pipeline.
• Re-engage dormant accounts for upsell and referrals.
Systems, CRM & AI Automation
• Own HubSpot: clean records, accurate stages, live forecast.
• Use Claude daily to prep calls, personalize outreach, summarize meetings, draft follow-ups — output like a team of three.
• Automate repeatable work in Zapier, n8n, and HubSpot and Claude Cowork workflows.
• Build and iterate the playbooks, call frameworks, and onboarding handoffs the next closer inherits.
Strategy & Cross-Functional Impact
• Feed deal-room intel back to marketing, product, and CS.
• Provide sharp input on pricing, packaging, and offer structure — you hear the market first.
• Help define the KPIs and dashboards this sales function scales on.
