Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B technology sales (SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem, or IT services).
• Proven track record of achieving 100% of sales quota for at least two consecutive quarters.
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, nurture, and close new business opportunities (hunter profile).
• Experience closing $300K–$750K+ in new B2B revenue annually (or equivalent proportional performance for contract roles).
• Ability to generate 10–20+ qualified meetings per month, or 2–3 new opportunities per week through cold outreach.
• Experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals ($25K–$50K+).
• Hands-on experience selling SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft solutions, or IT services.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral or US-facing accent.
Responsibilities:
• Drive new business acquisition through strategic cold outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn) within the US market.
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust and consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored solution presentations.
• Close deals and consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
