What you’ll do:
Support Sales with day-to-day commercial and administrative activities
Act as a first point of contact for customers when needed, ensuring a professional and timely response
Coordinate meetings, presentations and sales documentation
Help manage orders, pricing approvals and internal processes, keeping everything on track
Contribute to lead tracking and opportunity follow-up, helping turn interest into results
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in a B2B environment
Experience supporting sales, customer service or commercial teams
Familiarity with sales processes, order management and customer interactions
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both internally and with customers
High level of accountability and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
Good organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
IT Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to analyze data and create clear presentations
Comfortable using search tools and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) for research and networking
