Job Tittle: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant cation: Remote(USA) Duration: 12+ Months Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across Recruiting and Talent modules.
This is a delivery-focused role you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and implementing SuccessFactors solutions while working directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate solutions clearly, and ensure a high-quality outcome. You bring the expertise; we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and get the work done.
What You'll Do
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements primarily Recruiting and Talent
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configuration
• Communicate directly with client stakeholders to clarify scope, walk through solutions, and provide status updates
• Perform system configuration, testing support, and issue resolution across the project lifecycle
• Support data migration, integration activities, and UAT as needed
• Document configuration decisions, process flows, and functional specifications
• Work within an established project team, collaborating with project managers, technical leads, and client teams
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual release updates and advise on relevant new features
What You Bring
• 5 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience
• Hands-on experience across multiple global SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
• Proven experience with Talent modules including Performance & Goals (PMGM), Succession & Development, Learning (LMS), or Compensation
• Solid understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF (Metadata Framework), and Integration Center
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with business stakeholders and client teams both in writing and verbally
• Experience working through full project lifecycles from requirements through go-live and hypercare
• Comfortable working independently on assigned workstreams within a larger project structure
Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Certified Application Associate in one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with Employee Central (EC) as the core HCM platform
• Exposure to SAP Activate or Agile delivery methodologies
• Prior experience in a consulting or managed services environment
• Familiarity with third-party integrations (payroll, ATS, HRIS systems)
