We're now seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Donor Contact Services team as Seasonal Customer Service Representatives, working remotely from within the Mountain Time Zone.

About the Role

This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity that will run from October 21st to December 31st. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be the key liaison and "voice of blithequark" to our donors and the general public, providing top-notch customer service for our various programs, including disaster relief, education, health, clean water, and more. You'll be working in a highly structured Call Center environment, handling inbound and occasional outbound calls, and ensuring that our donors receive exceptional service.

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll join a hardworking and committed group of mission-minded colleagues, all focused on providing top-notch customer service in a highly structured Call Center environment. You'll have opportunities to support our valued donors through meaningful prayer and be part of a faith-filled, customer-focused, caring, and supportive work environment.

Training and Development

You'll begin with an approximately 3-week paid Training Program, where you'll gain a working knowledge of the position and develop the skills necessary to acquire and maintain donor relationships. Our hands-on and intensive training program will equip you to perform the essential functions of the job at a level of performance that consistently meets expectations.

Work Schedule

Training hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday. After completion of training, you'll be assigned an 8-hour shift anywhere between Call Center operating hours, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Mountain, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Schedules are assigned via a shift-bid, and the order of selection is based on seniority.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $16.56 to $23.06 per hour, with a typical hiring range expected to be between $19 to $21 per hour. While there are no benefits associated with this position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our donors and the communities we serve.
