As a Senior Account lead, you would be responsible for running some of the most exciting and complex client accounts. To be a successful Senior Account Lead you'll need to have spent a few years learning the ins and outs of the Benefits Broker and Reinsurance Claims world and have demonstrated success in building relationships with both clients and internal partners. We need someone with a great desire for working hard to manage our most valuable accounts, being hungry for growth and opportunities, always eager to jump in and embrace the challenge.

You will succeed if clients trust you, and you can juggle the needs of a demanding client with the needs of your internal team. You will provide strategic leadership and daily client management for our most important clients.
