Our client is a fast-growing, mobile-first performance marketing and rewarded user acquisition platform with its own proprietary inventory and audience (i.e., campaigns run on the company’s owned product/traffic, not via a self-serve advertiser UI). They work with leading gaming and non-gaming advertisers and agencies, with a particularly strong focus on US-based FinTech and subscription-style products.
We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of FinTech advertisers (mostly US market). You will be the main point of contact post-deal: launching campaigns, optimizing toward KPIs, building senior relationships, and driving upsell and revenue expansion across existing partners. New client acquisition is typically handled by a dedicated business development function, but leveraging your network is a plus.
What you’ll do
• Own a portfolio of FinTech advertisers end-to-end after handover (kick-off → launch → optimization → upsell).
• Lead ongoing partner communication: monthly/quarterly performance conversations, day-to-day coordination, and growth planning (primarily US stakeholders).
• Drive revenue growth through upsell, budget expansion, and strategic improvement plans for each account.
• Monitor campaign health and performance KPIs; diagnose issues and propose corrective actions (many metrics are automated, but you must know what “good†looks like).
• Coordinate technical setup requirements with partners (budgets, payouts/CPI terms, rules, tracking/attribution inputs) to get campaigns live smoothly.
• Keep a close eye on competitors and market dynamics; bring ideas to improve performance, offering, and monetization.
• Operate independently with high ownership, while contributing to team brainstorming and improvements.
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)
• Take full ownership of the FinTech book and run it independently (partner cadence, performance roadmap, upsell pipeline).
• Deliver a step-change in non-gaming revenue (the team is targeting material growth from the current baseline, supported by broader org priorities and BD).
• Become the go-to person for US non-gaming partners, with the trajectory to grow into a vertical lead over time.
Location & working style
• Fully remote.
• Preference for candidates in the United States (timezone alignment with advertisers), but strong Europe-based candidates are also considered.
Requirements
• Strong background in account management / partner growth / sales (upsell) within performance marketing, affiliate, mobile UA, adtech, or a comparable environment.
• Experience working with affiliate networks (e.g., Impact, CJ, Awin) and performance marketing ecosystems.
• Strong analytical ability (spreadsheets, data exports, KPI interpretation; comfortable with numbers and troubleshooting).
• Understanding of tracking/attribution concepts and campaign performance drivers in mobile/performance marketing.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously in a remote environment and “own the outcome.â€
Nice to have
• Direct exposure to US non-gaming advertisers (especially FinTech).
• Familiarity with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and models like CPA/CPI/CPE.
Benefits
• A fast-paced environment where ideas turn into real impact quickly
• An opportunity to learn and increase knowledge in the performance marketing domain
• Cross-team collaboration
• Full-time & fully remote position
• Maternity/Paternity leave
• National holidays are based on the country of your stay
