Join Breakaway Mental Health Clinic as a Senior Clinical Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to clients in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices and therapeutic interventions in social work.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
