Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMPosition Overview:We are seeking a Senior Collector to join a high-performing collections team in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on complex and sensitive account scenarios, including bankruptcy and specialty accounts. It requires accuracy, legal compliance, and collaborative communication with internal departments, customers, and external legal representatives.Key Responsibilities:Process collection exception work via case, email, physical mail, or internal reporting systemsResearch and respond to inquiries through inbound/outbound calls and emailsReview and validate deceased account documentation (proof of passing, executor documents)Manage Deceased No Probate (DNP) accounts through to resolutionAdminister and update accounts per Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) guidelinesTrack and confirm payoff funding for manufacturer-approved buybacksEnsure strict adherence to state/federal regulations and company policy, especially in bankruptcy-related processesMinimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in Auto Collections (REQUIRED)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretionEffective research and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with bankruptcy or specialty collectionsKnowledge of SCRA, FDCPA, and bankruptcy regulationsAbility to interpret and process legal documents tied to estates and account servicingApply TodayJoin a team where your attention to detail and compliance focus will make a direct impact.
