As Senior Counsel, Procurement, you will support complex, high-value infrastructure projects by advising on sourcing, contracting, and project execution. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence key commercial relationships, and help build scalable legal processes in a rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of procurement, construction, engineering, and related commercial agreements supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Serve as a key legal partner to procurement, engineering, construction, real estate, finance, and operations teams throughout project development and execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and technical service providers.
• Support project execution by advising on risk allocation.
• Manage outside counsel as needed,
• Advise on procurement and supplier compliance matters.
Must-Have Skills:
• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of legal experience focused on procurement, construction, infrastructure, or complex capital projects.
• Hands-on experience negotiating equipment supply and/or construction agreements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to global procurement matters.
• Background supporting large-scale development projects.
