Requirements
- Solid proficiency across industry-standard design and motion tooling.
- Proven experience producing motion graphics, animations, and video content, including product or explainer videos.
- Excellent visual design craft across layout, typography, colour, and composition, with a sharp eye for consistency and detail.
- Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or digital-first environment.
- Strong art direction instincts and the confidence to stand behind creative decisions and communicate them clearly and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work autonomously and manage projects end to end.
