Position Overview
The Customer Engagement Account Executive Lead role is a senior, client‑facing position that blends strategic account management, e‑commerce program development, and cross‑functional leadership. Reporting to the Director of Customer Engagement, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of digital energy‑efficiency initiatives for careerzynith’s utility partners and their residential customers. This includes cultivating high‑value relationships, driving revenue growth through marketplace and kit programs, and collaborating with internal teams—marketing, software development, supply chain, and operations—to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with key e‑commerce accounts, including major online marketplaces, limited‑time offers, and bundled kit programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program goals, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Present quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior client leadership.
E‑Commerce Program Execution
