Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers using the careerzynith Secure and careerzynith Monitor product suites, guiding them from initial onboarding through advanced implementation.
- Adoption & Expansion: Accelerate product adoption by delivering hands‑on technical enablement, crafting scalable architectures, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell within large enterprise environments.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Deeply understand each customer’s business objectives, security challenges, and desired outcomes, translating these insights into actionable roadmaps that align with careerzynith’s capabilities.
- Product Influence: Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams, providing direct feedback from the field that shapes the future roadmap of the careerzynith Platform.
- On‑Site Engagement: Conduct regular in‑person visits across the EMEA region (every 4–8 weeks) to strengthen relationships, conduct workshops, and deliver executive briefings.
- Technical Leadership: Lead complex technical discussions, design proof‑of‑concepts, and troubleshoot performance or security issues in large‑scale, multi‑cloud deployments.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce best‑practice guides, architecture diagrams, and case studies that empower both customers and internal teams.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, field engineering, sales engineering, or a related customer‑facing technical role within SaaS or cloud‑native companies.
- Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end customer relationships, from implementation through expansion, with measurable outcomes.
- Deep domain expertise in cloud‑native technologies, including containers, Kubernetes, and major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Extensive hands‑on experience with DevOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting; familiarity with monitoring and security tools like Prometheus and Falco is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
