We are looking for a Senior CX Researcher to lead and execute both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, driving a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
In this role, you will generate actionable insights that shape digital products, services, and customer experiences within a large-scale, multi-brand financial services environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research is aligned with business strategy and directly impacts product and customer experience decisions.
This is you
3–5+ years in UX Research, CX Research, Market Research, or Customer Insights.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end research projects (qualitative & quantitative).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Background in fintech, banking, insurance, or large-scale consumer platforms is a plus.
Experience designing surveys and measurement frameworks.
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SPSS, R, Python, or BI tools.
Familiarity with UX tools (Figma, Miro, FigJam, etc.).
English - Intermediate or higher
Nice-to-have skills:
Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Postgraduate studies or certifications in UX Research, Data Analytics, or similar are a plus.
This is your role
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior and needs.
Conduct interviews, usability testing, and surveys; analyze data to generate actionable insights.
Create key deliverables such as journey maps, personas, and reports.
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to inform decisions and improve user experience.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven product strategy.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement in research processes.
